At Glendale Technology High School we partner with External Service Providers to ensure your child receives the best possible support and care
If your child receives NDIS funding and you would like the school to support your child's learning or participation by allowing your current service provider access during school hours please complete this Request Form

External Providers are only engaged from a Parent Request - this must be received and approved by the Principal before any contact will be made with External Providers
